who the hell designs prom dresses. I don’t understand.
it needs to have
1. a back edit: this may actually be optional. I think I actually meant it needs to not feel like it’s going to fall off if I move.
2. less than 20% of its surface covered in sequins/rhinestones/ect
3. a price that is not staggeringly expensive
and, maybe, possibly, 3. no ruffles.
but i’d accept ruffles, if needed.
why, oh why, is this so difficult?
edit: also, i’d like it to have straps. but again, not essential
